2 Checking accounts same bank

I have 2 checking accounts at same bank. The bank is Dacotah bank out of South Dakota. They have the same login as that is the only option available. The one I have had forever works fine. One I recently added will not update. Every time I try I get cc503. I have triple check and I know I am entering the correct passwords. Any advice as very frustrating

    Does the bank require you to "activate" the account on their website for third party programs like Quicken to have access?

    No. Just have to put login info in Quicken. I have used Quicken since the very beginning many years ago without this problem though I am running in to a few more annoyances. Seems to be getting worse lately
