Downloading worked yesterday for "cetera advisor networks llc", but is not working today (no changes to password). I am getting a 332-a. Is there a known issue?
I am not seeing anyone posting about download issues for Cetera with this error code. It could be that Cetera was doing some maintenance when you tried downloading earlier this morning or that there was a connection issue at that time that caused Cetera to not recognize your log in information.
When I first get this error code I will usually try downloading again via Update Now (upper right Gear icon in the register).
If that doesn't work, then I will usually try again later in the day or on the next business day.
If that doesn't work, then I will usually try Reset Account (Online Services tab of Account Details).
