Citi Cards: CC - 506 Error Message
I'm not receiving downloaded transactions from October 6th. Is anyone else having these problems? Quicken is saying there might have been a name change or some other change to my Citicards access info. I have not changed any access information. It was working fine two weeks ago.

It seems odd that you are getting a CC-506 error code with Citi Cards. CC error codes are usually applicable to Express Web Connect and Express Web Connect+ connections but Citi Cards is usually set up with Direct Connect.
Toward the top left of the account register view just beneath the Account Name, what does it show for the last date and time of the last download and what connection method does it show in parenthesis there?
Also, when you get this error, have you then tried doing Update Now (upper right Gear icon of the register view)? That will sometimes resolve a CC-506 error code
