WealthSimple balances showing as incorrect (Quicken Canada)

It is unclear to me why that post was closed. I am experiencing the exact same issue. I'm hoping to get more WealthSimple products, but may not if I'm forced to manually manage all my accounts with Quicken.
I can't say whether it's an issue on the WealthSimple or Quicken side, but the fact that the import window balance is correct makes me lean towards the Quicken side. That being said, I have contacted WealthSimple and provided them with the same information.
Any and all help is appreciated.
