Downloading QFX from Chase credit card account (QMac)

Recently downloads from Chase credit card account are not being opened. Message says to contact financial institution, but other Chase accounts download successfully. Bank says problem is arising on Quicken end. I note there seem to be more numbers between the Activity and the .QFX on the download. It seems other users are having this problem too

Bank is wrong. They have managed to mangle the QFX file. There are a few Quicken Windows/Quicken Mac threads already on this. Not to mention a person posted a link to a redit thread where they are complaining about it for QuickBooks.

I have this same problem. I did troubleshooting with Quicken support and then were not able to resolve. The did open up a ticket for me to check back with them next week. Calling Chase credit card support to see what they say. I have offered to provide the 2 files I downloaded (one banking and one CC). So far nobody wants to look at the files to further diagnose the issue. :(

Very proud of myself as I have solved this issue. The problem is downloading the Credit Card file from Chase on a Mac does not work. I created the QFX file on a Windows PC and all the transactions came through no problem. It's a work around for now but Chase needs to fix.
