Here is the normal flow for which works for the first Citi credit card.
Log into your Citi credit card account then Hover over the Profile icon and select More Settings, and then Manage Desktop Apps.
Select Add Access and then Continue.
You now have 10 minutes to go back to the Quicken dialog and select Connect.
But this is what happens if you already have a Citi credit card setup for Direct Connect.
If you try again to select Banking accounts you will just go around in circles.
