How to remove extra “ghost” accounts? (Q Mobile)

I have Quicken (now Classic) installed on an iMac. My accounts are set up and it works well to sync info from banks and brokerages.

However, the mobile version displays multiple entries of a 401(k) account with Empower; the Mac software only has one. Two of them are from the LAST time I tried the mobile version more than a year ago, that I later deleted from the iPad because I could not remove the duplicate,

causing incorrect totals. Now that I’ve updated my accounts to reflect TD Ameritrade becoming Charles Schwab, I reinstalled Quicken on the iPad to see if would work better. Now I have 5 copies of the Empower account, only 2 are zeroed out for some reason (see image), with no apparent way to remove them. Empower will be changing to Fidelity next year, but I doubt that will fix it. Again, the MacOS version has been fine.

I sent this to Mobile App Support earlier in the week, but have not heard back.

How do I fix this?

Fixed it. Clearing cloud info via Mac version reset it to match.
