Problems downloading trxs from bank files after Quicken update

We are on Windows 11. We were upgraded to R52.33 build 27.1.52.33 this morning. While trying to download trxs from our credit card accounts and apply them to Quiken we receive OL-221-A and OL-221-B errors. If we try to use the update now function in Quicken it just logs us into the Chase website and we end up back where we started. This upgrade to Quicken Class Deluxe has been more like a downgrade to Quicken Class Degarbage.
