Download Quicken Info/program from here?

Question

My Dell laptop imploded.  Short version, was necessary to send my WD external hard drive for recovery by Secure Data.  I downloaded Quicken from the new external hard drive and files were a mess.  Thought to uninstall and try again but now cannot reinstall.  The version here online is perfect.  Can this version be installed/downloaded on my "renewed" Dell?

The data in QMobile and/or QWeb can not be used to restore data in the desktop program.  ONLY a restore of your data file can accomplish that.  Do you not have any offline backups of the documents and data files that were on your computer?
