Just did an update and seen Classic

Just did an update and found that Quicken has changed it's name. I first I thought I downloaded something not really from Quicken. I know I am slow doing updates as I don't do anything in Quicken I couldn't have done with a release 15 years ago. Therefore, I don't do updates often as I just don't use any of the things being fixed or added.

Anyway, my question is Quicken as it runs now going to be going away? I guess I don't care as long as it still runs on my computer. I don't do any online functions. I messed up when I upgraded to Quicken a few years ago, should have rev locked. But I had this stupid policy of updating Quicken every 5 years.

Anyway, there has to be a reason for this name change, is something is in the works?

Nothing has changed, just a name change to separate Quicken from Simplifi.

Thanks, I googled Simplifi as didn't really know anything about it. The names are so different, not sure why they added classic to the Quicken name. Then perhaps most folks refer to Simplifi as Quicken Simplifi?

Well personally, I think this was self-inflicted. Start with the full name is Quicken Simplifi, add to that they website would keep redirecting Simplifi users to the Quicken forum instead of the Simplifi one. Part of this "renaming" I notice that they did do a better job on the website to separate them.
