Activate One Step Update does not complete execution
I have Quicken Classic Deluxe. I followed instructions to take my Quicken folder out of Dropbox and put it on my hard drive. I followed instructions by @Quicken Anja to sign out and sign in as a different user. Now…
I was told to "Set up online" in my checking account where I have always just updated. I used the bank-hosted on-line authorization form in my browser to authorize the downloads. The browser window closed. The blue circle of death kept spinning for about 10-15 minutes and never updated. The settings wheel in the account still asks me to Set up online. My bank does not allow me to repeat the process. The blue circle of death keeps spinning.
What is my next step? Thank you!
