Are you running Microsoft OneDrive on your system? It is enabled by default on Windows 11. Users have recently reported issues with OneDrive if your Quicken file is in a folder that is synced by OneDrive.

First, where is your data file located? The default location is in the Quicken folder in Documents. If is is not there, is it somewhere else in the Documents folder?

Is OneDrive running on your system? If so, you will see a little gray cloud-shaped icon in your System Tray (the area at the bottom right of your screen) and a pop-up box will say OneDrive when you hover your mouse over it. If you don't see it in the System Tray, click on the little up arrow at the left end of the System tray and look for it there.

If OneDrive is running and your data file is in the Quicken folder or someplace else in Documents, please post back for a workaround that should resolve this problem.
