New code for displaying System Resources

I noticed today that Quicken is now using a different function call for the Ctrl+Shift+Help → About Quicken dialog. Before it would have been what Quicken could access (usually about 2 GB) now it is reporting what is available to the system:
I'm not sure if this is good or bad, since it gives a false sense of what Quicken being a 32-bit program can actually access, but I guess using the more modern function calls is better.
Now if they could start using the correct function for determining display properties of the display that Quicken is on, instead of the main display, that would be something.
