Quicken will not open or reinstall after subscription expired (edit)

Using Quicken for windows 2020, Canadian, subscription expired. Recently, when I try to open Quicken, I get error message that Quicken is not properly installed and must be reinstalled. I followed carefully—many times— all instructions for reinstalling and patching, but always get a message that my version of windows is not supported by Quicken.
This has to be wrong. My Windows 11 Home is fully up to date.
As of now, I have no access to my data and my software. Can anyone help me?

I take it that you are following these instructions, right?
EDIT: And when do you get that error message, on the installing of Quicken itself (not the patch)?

Chris_QPW, thanks for quick reply.
When I try to install Quicken, I get this message. I don't get to the point where I need to run the patch.
