Quicken will not update my banking information

Hello Quicken People 🤓 I have an Issue. I have two different Credit Unions that my Quicken will not update to. I have tried all the ways the troubled shooting has to offer. I have been at this for the past week and now I am here to ask you the Community 🙌 to see if someone has had the same issue and has had any luck at getting a resolution. I have, uninstalled re-installed. I have, un-activate and re-activate. I am at a loss🫤I have windows Subscription. So if you, the wonderful Quicken Community have any help, it is appreciated if you can direct me to fixing my issue 🧟‍♀️

Which CUs? Maybe they don't work at the moment. Error messages? We need facts to help you and please do not make us play twenty questions trying to get that information. All you have told us so far is that downloads can't be established. Don't provide any personal information, we don't want to feed the hackers.
