How do I disable sync in Quicken

I am a Quicken Canada subscriber and want to disable sync in Quicken. How do I accomplish this?

    Which Quicken sync? Between Quicken and what? Financial Institutions? Quicken Cloud Account for QMobile?

    Please clarify EXACTLY which sync process you want to disable and hopefully someone will be able to help your.
