When is Quicken going to fix the RMD starting age?
This problem has been around for years and Quicken keeps ignoring it. Yet they don't ever forget to shake us down for our annual "subscription fee". This is a glaring error in the Lifetime Planner tool.

Agree, it would make the Lifetime Planner a lot better as the RMD can impact the planning big time……

Just be glad you have a planner; the Mac version has none of those tools and it's a real disappointment.

The word from the product team, via the moderation team, is that they don't plan to touch LTP for another "year or so" - other priorities and from a discussion awhile back, lack of development competence in the feature. In fact, the RMD update idea post/thread was archived, votes cleared and no longer shows up on the community search engine results. I would suggest you "report a problem" if you have not already done so.
It and other LTP active and archived ideas can be found here, for now:

would it work to set your age back to be younger? Maybe just temporarily to plan then reset. So you turn 70 1/2 when your age is actually 73.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
