Edward Jones Transactions

I'm using Quicken Classic for Windows and when One Step Update finishes the report shows Edward Jones accounts updated with X number of transactions. However none of these transactions appear in the account registers.

Other accounts updated do show the transactions in the corresponding register.

Looking for solution. Thanks

OSU summary shows information about the last action for each account. Was the date shown for EJ the current date or something in the past?

The OSU date is the current date (11/12/23) however when I look at the detail the individual accounts have dates from 10/20/23.

Update: validated the file and then ran OSU. Transactions appeared in register. Thanks for making me look closer into the dates of OSU.
