In the spending by payee report all payees comes up with expenses for a given period. I would like to display and print a report that has the columns displayed for all payees as it does when you select an individual payee to display.

Reports > Banking > Transaction > Subtotal by Payee should to the trick.
Customize the report to eliminate "No Payee."
