Human Interest CC-501 issue

I keep receiving error messages that Quicken can't connect to the Human Interest site for my 401k account - see screen shot below. Please advise.

The FIDIR (Financial Institutions Directory) list shows that Human Interest supports downloading of Banking and Credit accounts but it does not include downloading of 401K accounts. They would need to add support for downloading 401K accounts before you will be able to connect your account with Quicken.

Human Interest will need to contract with the aggregator (Intuit) to get 401K support added to the FIDIR list. Once that gets done, then you will be able to set up the account for downloading. If you wish for Human Interest to do this you should contact them and request it. If they get enough customer requests they might be persuaded to do that.
