For over a week now i can't get USAA online biller to connect.

I have reviewed the internal status of the USAA biller and found that it is currently in a degraded status. This means that there is an issue with communication of the servers. Our teams are currently aware and working towards a fix, although there is no current ETA.

I went ahead and checked the current internal status of USAA Online Biller, and unfortunately, it is still showing a Degraded status. We do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved and apologize for the inconvenience.
