If the account at Morgan Stanley is a standard "brokerage" account, an account that can have both securities and cash in it then if you're in the process of "Adding" an Account into Quicken you'd want to select a Brokerage Account in the Investing and Retirement group.
Checking and Savings Account only allow for cash transactions to be entered.
