I finally gave in and did a manual download. I had the same problem you described and then realized I needed to delete the existing online connection credentials in Quicken. Once I did that, Quicken matched transactions from the manual download. I hope that helps.

Good suggestion. I deleted the existing connections, and was able to import the manual download file.
Later, when I re-connected the UBS Visa account, transactions were downloading automatically again. Hopefully, all fixed here.
