Bank does not give Quicken the proper information.

I have been battling this since March when USAA updated the way it interacts with Quicken. Every single time I reconcile I have to do a balance adjustment. When I download transactions to quicken it does not include what it calls pending transactions, BUT the balance it sends to Quicken INCLUDES those transactions it won't download. I have to have manually clear those transactions it shows as pending. Who do I scream at? I came close to throwing away Quicken entirely. BTW it is only my checking account that the bank does that for.

    Don't have Quicken reconcile to the online balance. Change it to using a Paper Statement and when asked, enter the balance you know to be the correct balance that does not include pending transactions.
