Need advise before purchase

Options

I am a longtime user of Quickbooks Version 5 (I'm aging myself). Used it in my business. My keyboard and my monitor are dying so am investing in new equipment. I now only use the quickbooks for personal(home) finances i.e. checkbook, savings, couple mutual funds. I use yearend reports for completing tax info to forward to accountant. I do everything manually. Nothing on line and don't want to change that (old dog new tricks). My question is which Quicken program to get? I'm leaning to Classic Deluxe because if I decide not to renew the subscription I understand I can still use it much like I do now with Quickbooks. Your thoughts are appreciated and thank you in advance for your input.

If you don't decide to renew the subscription about 20% of the window will be filled with a nag to renew.

If all you need is Deluxe and are only interested in manual entry, I suggest that you just install the free copy of Quicken 2013 that Quicken Inc makes available. It is the last version of Quicken that is truly offline. (No login to a Quicken server to install and use).
