Chase Bank Customer - Constant Balance Adjustments Happening Again

I was good for a while but now the constant balance adjustments seem to be back. I am a Chase customer as well and whenever I go to reconcile the pop-up not shows that Quicken needs to adjust the balance. In inevitably the next time I go to reconcile my account another balance adjustment is needed which for the most part cancels the previous adjustment out. Can Quicken make this issue go away finally.

Yes, I believe they are for pending transactions.

    A) You should never do a balance adjustment. That is basically saying that you refuse to find out what the problem is, as in you aren't doing a reconcile.

    B) It has been known for a very long time that Chase is sending the wrong online balance for the checking account (not credit card/investment accounts) on weekends and holidays, including the pending transactions when they shouldn't.

Unfortunately, only Chase can fix this problem, and as of now either because they haven't got enough direct complaints or just plain refuse to address it, nothing has been changed in the area.

I don't have a lot of transactions in my checking account, and even fewer that settle on the weekend/holidays so my course of action is that when I do reconcile on the weekends and the checking account doesn't reconcile, I just cancel the reconcile and do it on Monday.

Without Chase fixing the problem the only other way the user has to fix this is to reconcile to "statement balances" where you can type in the correct amount instead of using what Chase is sending.
