Fidelity Investments History List Error [OL-301-A] Rejected Request

Quicken Windows Subscription Unconfirmed, Member
Last download done was about a month ago. Fidelity Invesment accounts are now not downloading into Quicken. Message says financial institution has rejected the request. History list error [OL-301-A]. The only thing that has changed since last download was me restoring a file. Is it being rejected because of different file name?

After multiple tries, it has finally downloaded. Wonder if it was just timing at Fidelity (i.e. during their website update period)?

Saturday night/Sunday morning tends to be when financial institutions do a lot of updates and as such downloading and such can be blocked around this time.
