Memo Downloading Payee Field for Old Glory Bank


I recently connected my Old Glory Bank checking account and am encountering an issue where the memo field containst the Payee information and the Payee field remains blank. Can I get some help with this @Quicken Anja . Thank you!

    Please try this:
    Switch your register to 2-line-per-transaction mode: Ctrl-2 toggles between 1- and 2-line modes.
    Add the register columns Downloaded Payee and Downloaded Memo to the view using the Register columns icon (located near the Balance column header)

    This should tell you what's been downloaded before Renaming Rules or other changes were made.

    If Downloaded Payee comes in blank, you need to call Quicken Support on the phone. They will have to inspect your download log file and, depending on the results, escalate the problem to Intuit Inc. as the download support provider.
