A memorized monthly (mortgage with escrow) payment appears in the register, but is missing from the Planning budget report. The splits and categorizations look fine.

Is that a Scheduled Reminder which still needs to be executed, to become a "real" register transaction?

Can you show us what you're looking at, in the checking account register and the budget view?
