How to delete accounts from password vault

I have some accounts in the vault that I no longer need. How do I delete them? THe add/change button not active..

    Financial institutions that are included in the PW Vault that cannot be edited or deleted there are set up with Express Web Connect (EWC) or Express Web Connect+ (EWC+). That is because the login information for EWC and EWC+ is not really saved in PW Vault. That information is instead saved on the aggregator's (Intuit's) and/or Quicken's server because Intuit typically downloads the financial data from the financial institutions at night so they need that log in information in order to do that.

    To remove those financial institutions from PW Vault: Tools > Account List > Edit (for one of the accounts that you want to remove from PW Vault) > Online Services tab > Deactivate > Yes > OK. Repeat for each account that you wish to remove from PW Vault.
