Have been using Quicken "Classic" for a long time to send out checks from the check register screen to a few small vendors that do not have automatic withdraw capability. My Bank is PNC. For the first time when I went onto my Check register to send one, and the "Send" feature on my register to allow this was not there?? Any thoughts?

On the Online Services tab of Account Details. Do you see exactly what is shaded in yellow in the following picture?

If not, exactly what do you see that is different?

Also, at the top left of the Account Register do you see what is shaded in yellow in the following picture? What does it show for the last download date and is that accurate or do you think you had downloaded more recently than that?
