How to get Roundpoint mortgage to allow connection to Quicken Simplifi?

Seems like this issue has been in play for several years now. Any update on if/when this connection issue will be resolved? I got switched to Roundpoint servicing this month and now can't see Mortgage data in Simplifi.

    @wlaughli Yuo psoted your comment in the Community Forum for Quicken Classic. You should go to the Simplifi forum to ask your question. Almost no one here is very familiar with issues with Quicken Simplifi.
