    Why won't Quicken Download from Navy Federal Credit Union today? No error code, it just asks me which "app" I want to use. I found the Quicken Classic Starter 2009 on my computer, but when I went back to the "download" it tells me that the app is not on my computer. I've been downloading from NFCU successfully for years. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?

    Support for Q 2009 ended in 2012. If you've been able to download after that, it was probably because Q missed turning off a server.

    The only was that you can restore ANY download is to upgrade to the Subscription product.
