Can't set up automatic updates from my Fidelity.com account

Hi,
I've been having trouble setting up automatic updates from my Fidelity.com Investment Accounts. I enter my login information for Fidelity and Quicken says I have to have an account. I do have an account and enter my account credentials and still I get the same message from Quicken. Any ideas?

Do you have any Fidelity accounts setup in your Q desktop product? That's where to start before you try to connect Fidelity to Quicken.
