I just updated my quicken to Mac Quicken Clasisc deluxe, or at least I guess it was n upgrade. It tells me that I need to convert an old file, but it won't allow me to choose my old file to do so. Any advice out there?
It's not clear from your description exactly what you're experiencing.
Do you know what version of Quicken Mac you were using previously?
What are you doing to get the message about the need to convert your file? Can you capture a screenshot of the message?
