Make Loan Schedule window resizable

When viewing the Loan/Payment Schedule window and the 'Show running balance' is checked, it would be helpful if the window/dialog could be resized, or simply larger, so that all table columns are displayed without needing to scroll.

    I've often thought this would be a nice improvement. It's got my vote.

    Better yet, base the initial size of the dialog box on the width of the columns so that it's already wide enough, AND allow it to be resized.
