R53.26 removes 2023 tax planner year scenarios created from prior version

I updated to R53.26 today from R53.16. I am using QW P&B

When I went into the tax planner to view my 2023 scenarios, created prior to updating to R53.26, I find they are now missing…

Anyone else see this problem?

Reverting back to R53.16 and restoring the associated data file temporarily solves this problem.

Here is the problem that was reported in 2020 and archived sometime later. Still with us today.

This issue was reported a number of times. Should have a ticket right?

If you updated the tax rate tables, why didn't you fix this issue? If you had "no time" in your sprint to fix this issue, why didn't you warn the user, that upon updating, you will loose your current year's scenarios?
