Report a problem to Quicken hardly ever works
I have tried MANY times to report a problem to Quicken, but almost every time (say 9 out of 10) I get the message: Unable to send report to Quicken, please try again. Of course, Quicken throws away everything I have typed in and re-entering the information and "trying again" doesn't help. At one time it seemed that logging out of your account and then logging back in would "open up the window" and things would work again, but even that doesn't seem to help these days. Does anyone know the magic to get your problem reported to Quicken? I am using Quicken for Windows, version R53.26 Build 27.1.53.26.

Are you including a sanitized data file in the report? If so, try without it.
Also make sure that the selected log files do exist.As to the reported CC-501 error, you need to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
This issue will have to be escalated to higher levels of support, to determine the exact nature and to figure out how to fix it.0
