Why won't Quicken Business & Personal add my Coinbase account?

I Generated my API data. It has Enabled. Why, then,

am I receiving Error CC-503?

I should be very easy, and as advertised, it is… if it would only, actually work.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

I appreciate the input. However, this article does not address my issue, although it does have the CC-503 error code in common. Crypto Currency and Wallets have added a new layer to the 'Add Accounts' functions. There isn't anything to verify within the Vault because it doesn't yet exist in the Vault. The API Key and API Secret are exact, but it won't add the Account to my Data File and subsequently, my Key, etc., to the Vault.

It may be a Coinbase thing, so I'll create a New Key and Secret and go from there.
