Kohl's no longer updates but the previous (and wrong) online balance remains

I know Kohl's isn't cooperating for downloading/updating transactions online. I get it. So, how do I get rid of the online balance that has been the same for months now and is completely wrong?

    I'm not aware of any way to correct the Online Balance in an account when the FI isn't sending the correct info.

    Have you tried deactivating the account and leaving it offline?
