Line of Credit account shows transaction flag for uncleared transactions, but there are NO uncleared
… transactions. When I tried Online Services, Reset account, I got an error message telling me that there are uncleared transactions.
But there are NO uncleared transactions. I tried various filters such as Uncleared, but the only filter that displays any transactions is the All Transactions setting. I also inspected the account top to bottom. There aren't that many transactions total because I have rarely had an checking account overdraft problem which would trigger an automatic Line of Credit transfer into Checking.
I have done the Validate Account process. I am now on B63.19 but this problem first occurred with a non-beta release.
I tried doing a support chat with Quicken, but got an odd error message and could not start a chat.
I have four other accounts with my bank for which I download transactions, and the transaction flag works properly for all of them.
I'm entirely open to "creative solutions," even with a hex editor.

Have you tried turning that Account back into a manual Account to see if that changes anything?

That account does not have automatic updates set up (because that option does not work for Citibank.)
I was not able to change any config settings.
