Allow for Multiple dashboards that support more widgets. Currently I can only have one newer dashboard.

Create better filters for cards. I don't want transfers from between checking accounts to show up as income or expenses in the income and expense graph. There's no way to customize this. It only allows to select which accounts to pull data from.

I'd like to create a dashboard for each rental property, one for personal, and one for my Business.

A quick way to summarize what needs to be done would be:

"Make the new Dashboard have all the same functionality as the Classic one already has (but with a pretty new face on it)".

(Hint to @criticalthinkman switch to Classic, select gear icon, and then select to turn it on)
