    Still didn't work. As soon as I click "Return to Quicken", Quicken says it failed.

    This finally works! Re-authorized, and the secondary Am Express account downloaded the transactions. I downloaded the main Am Express account earlier, but I assume that it will download new transactions in this account as well.

    This finally worked as well. It takes quite a while to download all of the transactions again. You must hit the "+" button and set up a new AMEX account.
