Tracking mortgage amounts in budget

I need to reflect my mortgage payments in my budget as they are monthly expenses. When I set this up to track I get two "To Mortgage" and "To Escrow" categories displayed. What am I missing here? If I don't include them my budget ignores this expense.
I am using the latest version of Quicken Classic for Mac.
