I am currently running Quicken Deluxe 2013. I also have Quickbooks 2016. I would like to convert my data to Quickbooks but the conversion utility in Quickbooks will not work. Is there a solution to this problem?

I suppose you've seen this article? Convert Quicken to QuickBooks Desktop . Both your Quicken and QuickBooks might be too old? You'll have to ask over in QuickBook or call them.
