Citi Costco card no longer syncs in 2023 Mac M2

I get care code: FDP-192. What is this? Any idea why Quicken for Mac does not connect to Citi?

    Citibank seems to constantly have problems. For Citi Costco credit cards I suggest you use Direct Connect instead.

    You use the financial institution of "Citi Cards" instead of "Citibank" and make sure you use Direct Connect.

    FWIW, I’ve never had a problem with my Citi cards using Direct Connect.

    I should have mentioned that using "Citibank" can only use Quicken Connect. "Citi Cards" can use Direct Connect which is much more reliable. Note that "Citibank" is required for non-credit card accounts.
