When is Quicken going to fix some of these basic issues

I have been trying to get someone at Quicken to fix some very basic issues, literally adding correctly and not counting things twice and they can't seem to fix it. Also, self-induced issues where updates create new issues.
- With Fidelity IRA, the software double counts the value of all investments and then adds that number to the cash amount. Literally, doubling the size of my account. While I would like that to be the case, every day or after every update, I have to manually update the cash balance to zero, then it matches the actual balance until the next time I update. Over 6 months and they can't get to this?
- Recent updates with Wells Fargo connectivity caused most payees to be downloaded into my register with only 1 or 2 letters of the merchant name. Again, I have to manually go in and update the name of every merchant that comes through like "St" for Starbucks. With the number of transactions per day that I have on my Wells Account this is a complete time waster. This seems like a simple issue to fix and should be prioritized.
Please, can someone pay attention to these. I have raised these issue with support multiple times. Quicken is supposed to make my life easier, not harder. Been a customer for almost 30 years and the quality of the software and times to fix things is getting worse and worse.
If anyone has either of these issues or has a fix, please let me know.
thank you
