the application does not provide all it is supposed to? For example, too many times the app will not sync between mobile and desktop, and my ability to retrieve accurate and instant balances and details on one or the other device is hampered, too many links have not worked for days on an end, such as the ability to clear or update items in my mobile Samsung S22 Android phone has not worked; and yet you want me to pay the full price for the new version!
