Fresh install of 12.7.2, Quicken, spins forever never loads any screens
Just installed Quicken on a reinstall of 12.7.2; Worked previously on this MBP 2015, but now Quicken displays the spinner over the menu bar, no windows open. If I double click a data file instead, it shows an error that I need to login first, but all I can do is click "OK" and then I get the spinner forever. Spins forever. Deleted app and all ~/Library Quicken files multiple times. No dice. How to get to the login screen so that I can use the app?
Thanks.
Files wiped:
rm -Rf ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Quicken ~/Library/HTTPStorages/com.quicken.Quicken* ~/Library/Caches/com.quicken.Quicken ~/Library/Saved\ Application\ State/com.quicken.Quicken.savedState
Quicken Mac version: latest as of today.
Only interesting log messages:

The key file you should try removing is Quicken's preferences file:
~/Library/Preferences/com.quicken.Quicken.plist
You can just move it to your Desktop; Quicken will generate a new one. If it doesn't solve the problem, you can move it back.
I don't know if that will make any difference or not. Not one else is reporting this problem, so there's clearly something unique about your environment that needs to be figured out to get you over the hump.

I'll try; didn't notice that file, I was using Sloth to see what Quicken had as open files. Thanks!

No dice on that; I copied over the original ApplicationSupport from Time Machine and the Quicken.app. No dice. From there, I tried opening a copy of an existing data file.
That works.
So that's a confusing state of affairs. It gets hung up after a completely clean install, on the initial load, perhaps when it asks for sign-in or key? I haven't done a full install in 4 years, so I don't know what it's supposed to do; it just hangs.
I have the "Sign Out…" as an option in the Quicken menu, so I seem to have copied over my authenticated session from my backup, which was my hope.
