Archive did not seem to work

I was archiving out 2021 and 2022 from my file but when I went into my checking account it still shows transactions from 2021 and 2022. I've never had this happen before and I have about 10 years of archive files so I know how to do the archive process. I believe my files may have updated to a new release when I opened Quicken today.

Thank you for any help or suggestions you can provide. If necessary, I could restore the file and try again which I fear may be the answer.😔

    Did you follow the instructions in this FAQ exactly?

    Thank you for your response. I did not find this particular FAQ before I did my archive (or after for that matter). There are some good points in there that may be the source of my trouble so I will recover the backup and give it another go after making sure I have all accounts reconciled, etc. It seems like no matter how I try to accomplish my goal I run into a snafu…LOL.
